The room condition is very old and poor! The towels are old and unclean. The bathroom is leaking with water. The wood floor is broken and the wall paper is coming off. The big noise of closing door from some unknow area. It was scaring! My floor is 16th.

Hotel is in the center of Sao Paulo city. Restaurant cooks are good and restaurant staff are very kind and helpful.

The reception staff are not kind and helpful. Hair drier was dirty. Bathroom has the mold. TV channels are not enough and clear. Two of three elevators are old technology

We were also impressed with the laundry service and business center facilities. the children's menu was a great plus for families. Another bonus was the no pets and no smoking policy on site. a truly amazing stay!

During my Xmas stay, the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. the breakfast spread was impressive, with a lot of variety and delicious food. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with many tourist attractions and shops just a short walk away. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi throughout the entire hotel.
